Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering professional nursing care to clients in their homes. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments of clients in their homes

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as required

• Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly

• Educate clients and their families on health management and care techniques

• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in Ontario

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience (home care experience is an asset)

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
